Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, always maintaining dignity and respect.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to specific dietary restrictions and care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, games, and shared activities.
- Manage medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe living environment.
- Document daily care activities and communicate effectively with our care management team and families.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed.
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- A genuine passion for helping others and patience.
