Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide medication reminders and document vital signs accurately.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients through conversation and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean living environment.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings as needed.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the case manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
