We are looking for individuals who are patient, reliable, and eager to provide exceptional companionship and assistance to our clients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Light housekeeping and laundry assistance to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Administer medication reminders and document daily logs accurately.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or CNA is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
