Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Maintain accurate care documentation and communication logs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and client care plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly clients
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
