Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient electronic health records (EHR) accurately
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical instruments
- Administer injections and medications per physician orders
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely care delivery
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
