Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care for elderly clients with dignity and respect
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Maintain clean and safe home environment using provided equipment
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong empathy and patience when working with elderly clients
- Excellent communication and time management skills
