Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and personal care to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health conditions and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care records and follow care plans
- Administer medications as per training protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication skills in English
