Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and companionship to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Monitor client health and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and schedules
- Implement personalized care plans with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current Arizona caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
