Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe environment
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Massachusetts state certification as Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

- Clear background check and TB test results
