Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Document patient progress and health changes
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Perform light housekeeping and errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Active Indiana CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Indiana driver's license & insured vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach with elderly/disabled clients
