Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and daily activities.
- Transport patients to medical appointments and recreational activities.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Administer medication reminders under the direction of a nurse.
Qualifications
- Current HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
