Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with clinical procedures
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy with precision
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems ensuring documentation accuracy
- Administer injections and medications per physician protocols
- Schedule appointments and maintain efficient clinic workflows
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Active CMA or RMA certification from accredited program
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- BLS certification with current CPR card
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred
