Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health changes accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Support residents with daily activities and social engagement programs
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, safe, and infection-free resident environments
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in senior care setting
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
