Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with patient feeding and hydration under nursing supervision
- Support patient comfort through position changes and range-of-motion exercises
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Accurately document patient observations and care activities
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active North CNA certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
