Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions
- Administer medications as per care plans under supervision
- Document care activities accurately and maintain resident records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Support residents' emotional well-being and social engagement
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
