Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and care delivery
- Assist registered nurses with clinical procedures and treatment implementation
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments and strict infection control protocols
- Delicate patient transport using safe handling techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support emotional well-being through attentive bedside manner
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year hospital or acute care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in electronic health record documentation
- Clear background check and negative drug screen
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
