Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to assist our physicians and nurses in delivering outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will be proficient in clinical and administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for patient visits to ensure a sterile and efficient environment.
  • Take and record patient vital signs, medical history, and symptoms accurately.
  • Assist providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians and following strict protocols.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests, such as EKGs and phlebotomy, and prepare specimens for analysis.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including insurance verification and collecting copays.
  • Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
