Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to RNs
- Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support patients with dementia and chronic conditions
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA license
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility with shift times
- Background check clearance
- Reliable transportation
