Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Support patients with daily living activities and nutrition

- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications
- Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
