Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
  • Assist with mobility, transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff.
