Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer activities
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Support patients with meals and ensure proper nutrition
- Document patient care and observations in medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

Qualifications
- Current and valid CNA certification in Virginia
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous CNA experience preferred
