Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely
- Support nurses with documentation and communication tasks
- Maintain a clean and sanitized patient environment
- Report patient changes and concerns to nursing staff promptly
- Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Texas CNA certification (or willingness to obtain before hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
