Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Support nursing staff with medical documentation and patient observations
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Report changes in patient condition to healthcare team
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pass background check and health screening
- Flexible schedule availability (days, evenings, weekends)
