Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse) accurately.
- Assist patients with mobility issues, transfers, and ambulation safely.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding for patients with dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients at all times.
- Document patient care activities and daily progress in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move patients (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
