Responsibilities

  • Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
  • Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) as directed by nursing staff.
  • Assist patients with mobility issues using walkers, wheelchairs, or other assistive devices.
