Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed.
  • Vital Signs: Accurately monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Ensure patients maintain proper hygiene and that their environment is clean, safe, and free from hazards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans in compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate patient status changes to the nursing staff and physicians.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Current and valid State of Arizona CNA certification.
  • License: Active Arizona license to practice as a Nursing Assistant.
  • BLS: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
