Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed

Qualifications
- Active Illinois CNA certification required

- Reliable transportation to multiple facility locations
- Background check and drug screening clearance
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
