In this role, you will serve as the patient's advocate, providing compassionate care and ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld at all times. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Measure and record vital signs accurately and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
- Support patients during transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises.
- Prepare and serve meals while adhering to dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
- Document patient interactions and care activities in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Maintain a safe, sanitized, and orderly environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA License required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
