Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain precise electronic health records and ensure documentation compliance
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical patient events

Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license (or compact license with quick endorsement)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)

- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic experience preferred)
