Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision
- Support nutritional needs and meal preparation
- Maintain clean, safe living environments for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in home care or senior care
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
