Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, verify demographics, and escort them to exam rooms.
- Prepare patients for examination by assisting with gowns, drapes, and positioning.
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with procedures and examinations.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring strict cleanliness and sterilization.
- Administer medications and vaccines under the direct supervision of a provider.
- Manage patient flow efficiently to minimize wait times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior medical experience necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
- Current CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory for hire.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
