Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision
- Assist with mobility transfers and safe patient handling
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
