Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assistance with daily living activities and nutritional support
- Collaboration with RNs and healthcare team on care plans
- Maintaining clean, sanitized patient environments
- Emotional support and patient advocacy
- Adherence to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
