Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and care progress
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Support emotional and social well-being of patients
- Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
