Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, and report any abnormalities to the Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Turn, reposition, and comfort bedridden patients to prevent bedsores.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records and documentation.

Qualifications
