Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and dietary intake
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and equipment preparation
- Ensure patient rooms are sanitized and supplies are maintained
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for holistic treatment plans
- Deliver emotional support to patients and families during care
- Utilize remote systems for electronic health record documentation
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
