Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care management

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain prior to start
