Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop care plans
- Administer medications under supervision per hospital protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Complete remote documentation and scheduling tasks
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility for on-site/remote hybrid schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
