Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to update patient care plans and report any changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required in North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
