Responsibilities
- Delightful patient care assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurate monitoring and recording of vital signs and patient conditions
- Collaborative communication with nursing staff and healthcare providers
- Timely implementation of care plans and physician orders
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Assisting with meal service and nutritional monitoring
- Responding promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
