Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety
- Support meal service and assist with dining as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate patient records and care plans
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate resident care
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in senior care
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Pass background check and drug screening
