Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision using state-of-the-art technology
- Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Maintain sterile environments during wound care and procedures
- Collaborate seamlessly with RNs and other healthcare professionals
- Update electronic health records with detailed observations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
- Valid CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
