Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments under RN supervision
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient needs
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Update patient records with accurate and timely documentation
- Support patient education and family communication
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
