Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient documentation and medical record updates

Qualifications
- Current North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
