Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate bedside care and emotional support
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing and feeding
- Collaborate with RNs to implement care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Update medical records accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient in electronic medical records
- Night shift flexibility essential
- Pass background check and drug screening
