Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately
- Administer medications per physician orders
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Collaborate with RNs on care plans
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Night shift availability mandatory
- BLS/CPR certification
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication skills
