Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Measure vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Prepare and serve meals while monitoring dietary needs
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Transport patients safely within the facility
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
