Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Support mobility and transfer patients safely using proper techniques
- Assist with resident activities and promote social engagement
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Document care activities accurately in patient records
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for documentation

- Willingness to obtain CNA certification during employment
