Responsibilities

- Comply with infection control protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with nursing staff to create individualized care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature and patience working with elderly
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid New York State driver's license preferred
