Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and equipment preparation
- Maintain clean, sterile patient environments following infection control protocols
- Transport patients safely to treatment areas using proper equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction and active listening
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide paid training
- Must obtain CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic computer skills for documentation systems
